The second Saras Salil Bhojpuri Cine Awards took place on the evening of 28 February 2021 at Forever Lawn in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The venue dazzled with vibrant lights, and the grand stage set up for the event during the Ayodhya Mahotsav captivated the audience.
Free passes were distributed across categories for attendees. A 30,000 sq. ft. general gallery was arranged for the public, along with separate VIP and VVIP galleries. By 6 PM, all seats were packed, and even standing areas overflowed with thousands of fans eager to witness their favorite Bhojpuri stars and celebrate their achievements.

Star performances : Bhojpuri actress Anjali Singh electrified the stage with her energetic dance to Bhojpuri songs, making the audience groove in their seats. Renowned Awadhi singer Divakar Dwivedi followed, earning thunderous applause for his soulful melodies. Popular "item girl" Sanjana Silk stunned in a bold outfit and set the stage ablaze with her fiery dance moves. Singer Antara Singh 'Priyanka' captivated the crowd with her unique style, while choreographer-director Arun Raj kept the energy high with dynamic dance routines.
Folk artist Vijay Yadav and his team stole the spotlight with their traditional "Faruwahi Loknritya" performance, which left stars like Dineshlal Yadav 'Nirahua' and Amrapali Dubey dancing and recording the act on their phones.
Showstopping Moments : Actor Pradeep Pandey 'Chintu' added to the excitement, teaming up with Amrapali Dubey for a lively performance of the hit song "Pandeyji Ka Beta Hoon...", prompting fans to climb chairs for better video recordings. When anchors Shubham Tiwari and Mahi Khan invited Dineshlal Yadav 'Nirahua' on stage, fans chanted his name until he joined in for an impromptu dance, delighting the crowd.
The event, running from 6 PM to 2 AM, was anchored brilliantly by Shubham Tiwari and Mahi Khan. Shubham kept the audience laughing with his spot-on mimicry of Bollywood stars’ voices, while Mahi charmed everyone with her sweet, engaging presence.
Special Surprise : A pre-recorded message from Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan was played, where he apologized for missing the event and congratulated the winners.
